Pelvic health care designed around you.
Pelvic floor symptoms don’t always seem connected. You may have seen several providers for pain, bladder or bowel changes, or discomfort without feeling heard or finding an explanation that fits. At Alta, we take time to listen to your whole story, look for the connections between your symptoms, and build a plan that addresses what’s driving them.
Pelvic health can be hard to talk about. Dr. Rebecca brings a calm, warm, and professional presence to every visit, making space for you to ask questions and share what’s really going on.

Establish your personal plan of care
3
You’ll leave your first session with clear next steps, education, and a treatment plan designed specifically for your body and lifestyle. It’s our goal to help you feel better and get back to doing the things you love.
What can I expect at my first physical therapy appointment?
-
Your appointment will begin with a one-on-one discussion about your medical history, symptoms, and any challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, urinary issues, postpartum recovery, or chronic pain, Dr. Rebecca will listen with compassion and without judgement.
-
Pain and injury are closely connected to your posture, strength, and overall movement patterns. Dr. Rebecca may assess your breathing, hip and spine mobility, and how your body moves during dialysis activities to get a full picture of your musculoskeletal health.
-
Based on the assessment, Dr. Rebecca will develop a customized treatment plan designed to help you meet your goals. This may include exercises, manual therapy, breathing techniques, lifestyle modification, and education to empower you in your healing journey.
-
Each visit is an hour of one-on-one time with a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy. During the course of your treatment, I’ll be available to answer your questions and adjust your plan along the way.
